disappointment, October 19, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Toshiba BDX4200 Wifi-Ready 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (Electronics) recieved product quickly, packaging was good. The player itself was horribly slow if it would play a 3d dvd at all and not just a blank screen i have a brand new 46" toshiba 3d tv with the latest high speed hdmi cable). Returned player to amazon and purchased a Panasonic 3d player (wich was less expensive) and love it.

But I guess you get what you pay for. The cons to this purchase have been so annoying thus far that it's getting returned.
Cons:
1 Load speed is extremely slow.
2 Eject, Play, Pause (namely the eject) buttons are only lit on the player for a very short period of time. So when you go to eject the disc you have no idea where to push. If you happen to press in the general area they will light up and you can then go from there. So not much of a problem if not for the fact that...
3 The buttons on the machine are very finicky as to when they are going to decide to actually work for you.
4 If you press stop or have the machine paused long enough for it to go into sleep mode it will not save the place that you were at on the disk requiring you to have to manually find the scene you were at previously. Very annoying.

1 You can get it cheap

DB wifi ready, June 21, 2011 This review is from: Toshiba BDX4200 Wifi-Ready 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (Electronics) Very easy to use and nice picture but wifi feature is hard to navigate and you tube is very limited... hard to navigate also... Netflix is just great.... a better choice would be to get a tv box that connects to your kaptop pr PC wirelessly... much easier to use!
